Expertise that Shines

Over the years, we have developed extensive expertise in managing all aspects of Workers’ Compensation and Liability programs, both as a company and as individuals.

As a company, AdminSure constantly hones its systems, standards and procedures, reviewing and refining them as requirements evolve and better approaches become apparent.

What we do has become who we are – it is part of our company DNA.  Quality, proficiency, integrity – these are the things that drive us.  The skills and knowledge we employ on a daily basis are embedded in our identity and are passed on from one generation to the next.

While company expertise is important, it takes a dedicated team of professionals to effectively manage a modern Workers' Compensation or Liability program.  AdminSure has assembled just such a team of highly capable medical, claims and IT personnel to fulfill this role.

Our medical staff includes certified bill auditors, registered nurses and licensed physicians.  All are properly credentialed, trained, experienced and up-to-date on current utilization review and bill review techniques.
All of our nurses have bachelor or master degrees in nursing.

All of our Workers’ Compensation Administrators, Supervisors and Managers are State Certified and hold WCCA or WCCP credentials.  As such, they have completed coursework in Workers’ Compensation law, medicine, disability rating and case management.  They are required to keep this knowledge up-to-date through continuing education.

Similarly, all of our Liability Administrators and Managers have bachelor degrees and specialized education in Liability claims practices. This education gives them superior communication and analytical skills, along with a detailed knowledge of insurance coverages, investigation methods, litigation management and settlement techniques.

In addition to this formal education, our Workers' Compensation and Liability personnel receive individual training from their managers in an ongoing mentoring process.  This training is augmented by workshops that are given by senior members of our staff in conjunction with guest lecturers from various professions.

On average, our Claims Administrators have more than fifteen years, while our Supervisors and Managers have more than twenty years, of Workers' Compensation or Liability claims experience.
