     Well aware that ours is a people business, we know there is no substitute for personal service.  We work closely with clients, forming working partnerships with them to understand their unique needs.

     What does working partnership mean to us?  It means clients come first and foremost in importance.  It means we care about them and the wellbeing of their organizations.  And, it means we are successful only when their risk management programs are successful.

     Furthermore, a working partnership is one that withstands the test of time.  Since our founding in 1982, we have provided reliable, high quality service without interruption.  In that time, hundreds of TPAs have come and gone.  Only a few have been around as long we have.

     Not only has the company been there for our clients over the years, so too have our employees.  By treating them well, providing the support they need, and creating a good working environment, we have achieved one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry.

     Finally, in focusing on quality service rather than unbridled growth, we have kept our commitment to existing clients.  This runs counter to the industry trend of “growing at all costs” which, unfortunately, often leads to diluted or diminished service.
