Services

Services that Work

Working closely in concert with clients, AdminSure provides a broad range of high quality, cost-effective services that are instrumental in making Workers’ Compensation and Liability programs successful.

Audit Compliance

On a yearly basis, we undergo a SOC 1 Type 2 Examination audit by an independent auditing firm.  Formerly known as SAS 70 and SSAE 16/18, this audit verifies that our financial and operational controls comply with stringently defined standards.  It is just one of many quality assurance measures that make us a premier provider of TPA services.

Claims Administration

This is one of the most important aspects of a Workers’ Compensation or Liability Program.  After all, claim costs usually account for the single largest portion of a Program’s budget.  When losses occur, our staff of claims professionals see to it that claims are handled properly, quickly and economically.

Medical Management

Utilization review physicians, reviewers, and medical bill reviewers, AdminSure provides a full spectrum of medical management solutions. Our staff provide services that greatly reduce costs without compromising the quality of care.

Program Implementation

For organizations wishing to start a new Program, or transfer an existing Program, AdminSure takes care of the implementation details.   This includes working with regulatory agencies, developing customized service guidelines, providing orientation, and arranging for transfer of records, conversion of data and notification of all parties.

Excess Insurance

Excess insurance offers protection against large losses.  AdminSure works with insurance brokers to provide the loss data needed to procure coverage.  Our good working relationships with insurers are helpful in this process and in dealing with claim issues later on.

Loss Prevention

A loss prevented is money saved.  AdminSure provides the loss data needed to identify problem areas so that Loss Prevention Programs can be developed and implemented.  Upon request, we will help a client find a qualified loss prevention consultant.

Periodic Conferences

Strong lines of communication help to ensure that Risk Management Programs run smoothly.  AdminSure account representatives periodically update clients about developments in the law, trends in their programs and the status of individual cases.

Training Seminars

To promote understanding and awareness, AdminSure provides training seminars for supervisors and managers on a variety of topics, including Program overview, developments in the law, claim reporting procedures and management’s role in controlling claim costs.

Regulatory Reporting

Whether it is for OSHA, CMS, SIP, WCIS or the IRS, AdminSure completes the periodic reporting and data submissions required by various Federal and State regulatory agencies in connection with Workers’ Compensation and Liability Programs.

Banking & Accounting

AdminSure works with accounting departments to establish sound banking procedures.  Security measures, such as positive pay, can be built into the transaction process.  Accounting departments are given access to the information they need to monitor expenditures.
